A community mask is REQUIRED in order to enter our building. Please be sure to have it on before coming in. You are to sanitize and check in with reception upon arrival. Please leave your mask on while in the waiting room and hallways.
At this time, we can only allow the patient with the scheduled appointment and ONE support person (if needed). There are limited seats in the waiting room in order to allow for social distancing.
We prefer payment in the form of debit or credit to minimize the use of cash.
As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, we ask that if you have travelled or if you are not feeling well to please post-pone your appointment for two weeks.
